So Christmas Jumper Day (14th of December) is fast approaching and for a lot of work places it’s a way of spreading Christmas cheer and raising money for their charities.

However, as a plus size woman it brings its own challenges. You see just the jumper you want, the right price, the right amount of cheese to sparkle ratio but they don’t have your size. Hey guys welcome back! So this year has gone super quick and just like that it’s October! October means one thing… Halloween, muhahahaa (creepy Halloween laugh because I clearly think I’m funny).

I love dressing up for Halloween or for fancy dress parties, sometimes wearing clothes that aren’t ordinarily your style can totally give you a confidence boost and make you feel extra. Trying to find the perfect costume can be hard, but even harder when it comes to being plus size. Most Halloween or party shops only stock to sizes 16 or 18 if you’re lucky. Hey guys and welcome back to my blog. So it’s been a busy couple of weeks for me with work and on top of that I lost my laptop charger (my laptop has all my content on, seriously need a backup copy).  So anyways that’s the reason I’ve been MIA and this is the first opportunity I’ve had to post all about my Ibiza trip, which if you were following my Instagram, you would’ve seen some photos from my trip already.

So I’ve been to Ibiza before and therefore had some idea of what to expect, but I went with my boyfriend before and we did a few nights out but nothing heavy. Whereas this time we did it properly, all of the big clubs (well most of them) and beach parties. I really did have the best time. I went with two girls from college and my bestie.

A lot of you babes feel most comfortable in black, this probably stems from the preconception that black is supposed to be ‘slimming’. But, who cares, you shouldn’t be afraid of introducing colour to your wardrobe in fear of standing out. If you’re unsure or not confident with wearing colours, often, just accessorising with them can really bring an outfit to life.

Block colour accessories such as statement earrings, bags, shoes or even a jacket can really add a bit of sass to an all-black outfit.
